FOREMAN

Summary

We are looking for dependable Roofing Foreman to join our team. You will need at least 2 years of residential or commercial roofing experience with a minimum of 1 year managing a crew, extra construction experience of any kind is a plus. In this position you will assist and manage the tear off of old materials, and installation of new roofing materials. You must be able to handle multiple types of roofing and construction components, and be efficient and skilled in the application of them while utilizing specialized roofing tools to complete daily tasks. A Roofing Foreman will be able to manage themselves and multiple other Roofers/Roofing Laborers efficiently and competently without much assistance from supervision. We expect all team members to be attentive to our clients and other workers on jobsites, act professionally while on the job, and clean up thoroughly once the project is complete.

Compensation

Starting at $24.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Cleaning and preparing jobsites.
• Loading and unloading materials and equipment.
• Operating and tending machinery and equipment.
• Following instructions from supervisors.
• Assisting skilled tradespeople in their duties.
• Follow all safety protocols
• Must determine the kind of tools and equipment required to do a job efficiently.
• Must have the skill to show, teach, and manage the installation of various roofing systems.
• Must have the necessary skills to install roofing systems to warranty standards provided by supervision and manufacturers.
• Needs the ability to make changes and think on their feet.
• Must be able to competently operate equipment and vehicles if licensed to do so.
• Ability to lift and carry 50lbs multiple times a day.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Must hold a High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be able to show up to work on time daily.
• Pass a background check and drug test screening.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Have 2 years experience in commercial or residential roofing.
• Have 1 year managing and running a crew.
