Located on Shiloh and Grand, this building was remodeled by Cucancic Construction in 2013 for an updated look. Empire Roofing, Inc. installed a Burke 60mil Hypalon roof system on the flat roof and a 24gauge Firestone Metal System for the sloped roof. The 24gauge Standing Seam roof system was rollformed on Empire Roofing’s own Schlebach Quadro rollformer. This piece of equipment allows Empire Roofing, Inc. to custom make 10 profiles of metal roofing, siding, and soffit. The trim metals on the project were also handbroke in our own shop using our Schlectl computerized brake that can form most anything imaginable to our customers in gauges from 16 – 24.
Located in downtown Billings, this building was designed by CTA to utilize the latest in building technology while still offering a classic appearance. The multi level roofs on this project gave everyone a challenge being in downtown Billings, with little to no room for layout and working around many trades for the start. The project was specified as a 60mil PVC. We choose to use a FLEX membrane on the roof and incorporated it in an off white color to help with reflectivity into the windows of offices above the various roof decks.
