Stockman Bank – Downtown Billings

Located in downtown Billings, this building was designed by CTA to utilize the latest in building technology while still offering a classic appearance. The multi-level roofs on this project gave everyone a challenge being in downtown Billings, with little to no room for layout and working around many trades for the start. The project was specified as a 60mil PVC. We choose to use a FLEX membrane on the roof and incorporated it in an off-white color to help with reflectivity into the windows of offices above the various roof decks.

Mission Ridge Retirement Community

Originally built by High Tech Construction in the mid-nineties and roofed by Empire Roofing, Inc. at that time with a 40-year Tamko that survived many hailstorms. We recently completed the re-roof from their hail claim with Malarkey Legacy (50year) shingles and new seamless gutters.

Billings Clinic Hospital

Empire Roofing was requested by the Billings Clinic to evaluate the current roof for deficiencies because of numerous leak issues. We met with the head of maintenance and discussed many different options to take care of the leak issues that have plagued the facility through its many expansions over the last twenty years. The Billings Clinic settled on a new Burke Hypalon 45mil roof system with added insulation and slope on various areas. The Burke Hypalon system installed has a 30-year warranty and is one of the only flat membrane roof systems that can weather repeated hail storms throughout its life expectancy.

Located on Shiloh and Grand, this building was remodeled by Cucancic Construction in 2013 for an updated look. Empire Roofing, Inc. installed a Burke 60mil Hypalon roof system on the flat roof and a 24gauge Firestone Metal System for the sloped roof. The 24gauge Standing Seam roof system was roll formed on Empire Roofing’s own Schlebach Quadro roll former. This piece of equipment allows Empire Roofing, Inc. to custom make 10 profiles of metal roofing, siding, and soffit. The trim metals on the project were also hand broke in our own shop using our Schlectl computerized brake that can form most anything imaginable to our customers in gauges from 16 – 24.
