Warranties & Guarantees 

Empire Roofing offers various warranties depending on what is requested or required by the project.

NDL complete system warranties by all major manufacturers:

Burke, GAF, GenFlex, Firestone, Versico, Fibertite, Sarnafil, Malarkey

An NDL whole system warranty means that because of Empire Roofing's workmanship, the manufacturer stands behind the project entirely for the life of the warranty; the manufacturer will supply all materials and labor for issues that arise during the warranty period.

Watch out for companies that do not offer this level of warranty. The manufacturer will supply materials, but the building owner will be liable for the labor costs.
